Essentials: Rosemary, Geranium and Eucalyptus
2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
1 drop Geranium Essential Oil
1 drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Note: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.
The above is the recommended version for this remedy, especially for those who have not tested their tolerance for essential oils. However, I personally eliminate step 1 and simply place all 4 drops in the same spot of the tissue and inhale. I have used this method over the years and have also found great success in trying it with other friends and family members who were looking for quick relief.
