If you have ever been faced with sinus pressure or headache you know how debilitating that can be. This DIY massage blend helps relieve sinus pressure and headaches quickly by using this powerful combination of Rosemary, Geranium Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils. A few drops and with a bit of self massage skills, you are on your way to clearer sinuses and a more productive day!
Essentials: Rosemary, Geranium and Eucalyptus
5 drops Rosemary essential Oil
5 drops Geranium essential Oil
2 drops Peppermint essential Oil
2 drops Eucalyptus essential Oil
3 teaspoon carrier oil (such as coconut, avocado, olive, grape seed, etc.)
Use only 1 teaspoon of the blend per massage. It is important to not just rub the blended oils in the specified areas but to take your time and massage the areas.
