Essentials: Rosemary, Geranium and Eucalyptus
5 drops Rosemary essential Oil
5 drops Geranium essential Oil
2 drops Peppermint essential Oil
2 drops Eucalyptus essential Oil
3 teaspoon carrier oil (such as coconut, avocado, olive, grape seed, etc.)
Use only 1 teaspoon of the blend per massage. It is important to not just rub the blended oils in the specified areas but to take your time and massage the areas.
