An Ideal Weight Calculator computes ideal body weight (IBW). Today, there are approximately five (5) major IBW formulas that are used to calculate ideal weight. This ideal weight calculator uses the J.D. Robinson method, described below.
Exercising is a good way to maintain a healthy body weight. Yet, the benefits of exercise doesn’t stop there. It also promotes healthy living by reducing the risk of many diseases. In fact, it goes further by reducing stress levels. As a result, exercise also the best way to maintain health and wellness.
