Note: As a personal rule, for any sign of viral or bacterial attack that lodges in my intestines or stomach, I take one tablespoon of activated charcoal before bed and 1 tablespoon first thing in the next morning, mixed in 1 cup of water or orange juice. When using activated charcoal, please take 2-3 hours before or after and medication.
