Essentials: Rosemary, Thyme and Peppermint
3 drops Rosemary essential Oil
1 drop Thyme essential Oil
1 drop Peppermint essential Oil
I personally like to use the vaporizer at nights for bedtime relief as I go to sleep.
If you do not have access to a vaporizer, any steam inhalation method can be used such as boiling water in a pot. After that, remove the hot steaming water from the stove and add essential oils, and inhale the steam for quick relief. However, be safe to avoid burning yourself in the process.
